So.  I’ve just spent the entire evening reading the Kill Tonight series, and I want to come out of the closet about something.

I’m a John/Moran fangirl.

I am also a Sherlock/John fangirl, but the thing about Sherlock is that…well, Reichenbach has always pissed me off to the point that a part of me really kind of hates Sherlock.  Which is fair, I think; he’s really kind of a hateable person, sometimes.  

And sometimes, when it comes to satisfying that angry corner of my Holmes-loving heart, there is just nothing as satisfying as shipping John with Moran.  It’s sort of half a giant “FUCK YOU” to Sherlock , and half the hotness beauty of two battered, grieving (if you do the Jim/Seb thing), BAMF veterans of war and crazy geniuses finding comfort in each other.

I would like to blame boxoftheskyking for this, with her Many Roads to Hell, but honestly I thought so before that.   Though she isn’t exactly helping me into recovery, either.
