You guys know that the Sherlock Committee for Tumbl-Con USA is holding a fundraiser art auction? I’m so excited! I’m participating as one of the artists who’re offering art commissions for auction. 😀The art auction is being held from April 7 to 13 on the Sherlock Committee’s LiveJournal. It’s for all flavors of Sherlock Holmes, not just the BBC version! Last I heard, there were something like 30 artists up for grabs, so I hope you’ll swing by and take a look, and spread the word!For a second I thought that, like, the original Merlock sketch pictured was for sale, and I panickedly thought “NO IT CAN’T BE FOR SALE IT’S MINE IT WAS FOR ME I WILL PAY ALL THE MONIES FOR IT TO LIVE AT MY HOUSE BECAUSE IT’S MINE”
Then I remembered that this was, in fact, digital from the very beginning, and there is no “original”.
Still! Everybody should go check out this auction! YOU COULD WIN PA. Or at least a commission from PA. . SAME THING RITE

Though if you want a print of it, I could put this up somewhere like on dA, where you can order prints. 🙂 I haven’t been doing that, because I didn’t want to dump piles of sometimes NSFW fanart in an account that I sometimes link respectable work colleagues to, but maybe I could set up a second one or something. ^_^
And now that I say that, suddenly I’m thinking, “Hmmmm, I wonder what would happen if I tried coloring this…” (Probably I would explode in a shower of tiny angry PAs; colors and I have never been the best of friends.)
Seriously, though, you guys should check out the art auction. There’ll be art from katzensprotte, teabeforewar, navydream, docspocklock, superfizz, inchells, sempaiko… It’s NUTS. Check out the sherlockcommittee Tumblr to see everybody!
