And I’m having a hell of a time narrowing down what fics to talk about.  My ‘favorites’ list consists of about 100.  D:

COME, SONGLIN.  AND BRING YOUR OWN RECS.  We are expecting all you lot in the chat to cough up some good reading material for us!

This is totally not a selfish enterprise brained up in order to get people to give us recs why would you say such a hurtful thing.

AUGH I don’t know if I’m going to be able to make it! I have a historic baseball game that day and may not make it back, If I don’t, will you put out a list of all of the recs? PLEASE? <3

I’ve answered this a few times via PM, so it’s probably more efficient to, y’know, actually tell people these things.  ^_^

1: Yes, there will be a list from us!  ^_^  Archia and I have a GDoc with a list of recs we’re trying to sort through.  We’ll only have time to actually talk about some of them; it’s a really long list.  But we can share it, no problem!

2: We’re doing this on Livestream, so there’ll be a chat and also, unless it craps out, there’ll be a recording.

3: I don’t know if we’ll manage to collect the recs from the peeps in chat.  I’ll give it a shot, but you shouldn’t rely on me since I’ll be talking and getting distracted with making a fool of myself.  I see professorfangirl is considering taking up the task, though, so maybe we can get a copy from her afterwards and post it?

4: Actually, you know what?  If a few brave warriors want to copy down recs from the chat, go ahead and forward those to me afterwards (you can drop them in a Submission to my Tumblr) and I’ll compile them.  That way, if things are moving fast, we’ll be more likely to end up with a complete recs list.  ^_^  (You may also feel free to include titles and author names along with the links, and even annotate the darn things, if you wish.  More fun for the whole family, less work for me! ^_^)

5: I hope nobody feels bad if their name doesn’t end up turning up in the recs Archia and I talk about, because my AO3 booksmarks list has over 350 entries now (and I still keep finding ones I forgot to put on THAT) and if we recced ALL our favorite stories, you guys would either go insane or shoot us.  So it’s kind of…’the favorite stories we thought of first and are both familiar enough with to talk about them.’
