Archia, love. If you’re able to table at 221bCon, you will probably be able to recoup anything you spend on a hotel and food on the spot.
Also, you may want to remind your followers that you live in New Zealand, and if they’re able to buy art from you at the con, or hell, if they’re able to get somebody else to buy art from you at the con and send it to them, compared to the shipping costs of buying from New Zealand it’d be easily the least expensive method of getting physical copies of your art.
Also, if you make an artbook, you had better save one for me.

been threatenedcoercedsuckered intovolunteered to help her with U.S. distribution, which would certainly cut down on costs!

Yeah, I’ve never tabled at a con. Might want to ask a couple of the folks who have for their thoughts. It’s not like Archia’s going to get loads of chances to run amok at an American con. ^_^
