Hey, folks! Are any of you looking to do some volunteer work? The OTW is recruiting for some of its committees.
This isn’t filler work. These committees are organized and get things done. Generally, volunteering for the OTW takes up a few hours per week. It’s good experience, if you’re looking to fill out your resume or buff up your skill set, and you get to work with really cool people for a really good cause—fandom, and the defense of freedom for creativity!
You can always check this page to see what committee roles are open. At different times, they look for all sorts: coding, systems administration, web development, legal, communications and public relations, writing and editing, publications, translation, project management, community management and more.
