My confidence wasn’t learned, it was forced. Sometimes on this really really harsh planet, if you don’t give a shit about yourself, no one else will, and life becomes impossible. Self love is mandatory, it has to just become apart of you. If you don’t believe in your worth no one else will and life becomes hard. People are usually not nice. They just aren’t. If you have low self esteem, if you question your worth, your value, other people will tell you your worth, and it won’t be much. A lot of people try and diminish the value of others. Its the most important skill in the world understand your importance, to love yourself, and be completely and totally obscene about it. And then they can’t touch you, and once you get that kind of freedom… it’s impossible to let it go. It means too much.
