Fffffffffff SIKOZU YEAH I CAN DO THIS.

Like.  1: For those in the audience looking for relatable characters, she pings to me as autistic?  Somewhere on the spectrum anyway.  And she’s a GOOD person.  I mean.  She turns out to do some pretty questionable things, but it’s because she’s got no choice if she wants to protect her people.

I love how ruthless she can be, when she thinks she needs to be.

And the way she always, always has her own agenda.  And that she makes some catastrophically bad moves, but 1: SHE DOESN’T KNOW because she came on so much later than everybody else, she has no idea the magnitude of bad she’s dealing with and 2: I mean let us talk about Bad Calls and this crew.  Or not.  We’ll be here forever.

And I love how damn smart she is, and cocky, and the way she makes a reasonable amount of mistakes and it’s just the right amount to deflate the cockiness a bit and let you know that she’s human (er, Kalish) but not so much as to make her seem less talented and skilled than she is.  I felt my teeth jarring when she first showed up but BOY OH BOY she grew on me?  I don’t remember how many episodes it was but only a couple before I found myself completely revising my initial impression of her as spoiled and haughty to being pretty damn awesome. (And honestly, I love John Crichton but he really has it coming sometimes. And she is so good at delivering. :D)

I love the revolutionary streak that pops out in her every so often.  She’s a freedom fighter in her soul.  It’s fucking tragic, how her story ends up going, because if she’d seen a way she would be overthrowing sadistic governments across the galaxy.

Man, though, there’s a point in season 4 where she and Jool and Chiana have worked things out and are just a Force To Be Reckoned With.  I just about cried when the team got broke up because especially when you throw Aeryn in, I was REALLY digging the girl power they had going on there.

Haha, AND I love her actress!  I remember when they were introducing the character and the actress was doing the convention circuit.  She made some comment about how Sikozu and John ‘form a special bond’ during the season.  Fans were SEETHING, but then there was the episode with the clams and I was like, “I love you, you punster troll woman.”
