It’s not fannish, but I’m fairly tremendously proud that this fall, I recognized that my job was heading off the cliff into “really bad for me” territory, and I promptly got my shit together, went job-hunting, and ended the year in a new position that so far is positively healing for me.
I have been writing a lot again, though! Above job stuff has re-opened a lot of mental real estate. It’s nice to have the mental bandwidth to do things I enjoy again.
