So hey, have a few of my favorite tango pieces. Caveat: I am a tango hack. I tend to gravitate toward pieces that tango aficionados would probably scoff at as reprocessed ballroom crap. But whatever, I like what I like.
True story: my mom was taught to dance tango by a Spanish diplomat while living in Washington DC, when she accidentally crashed a birthday party being held for the Spanish Ambassador.
(The accidental crashing was accomplished by passing through the area and being handed a glass of wine by one of the embassy staff, who had been instructed to make sure that nobody he saw walked away dry. Apparently they acquired about 1/3 of the party guests that way.)
That last one is my favorite. The language is Serbian. If you have anybody you’d like to seduce, slap that on your player and invite them to dance. Never say I never did anything for you.
