So our final tally for this round, forty-eight hours of weekend writing with sixteen participants, was…
*drumroll*
Sixty-eight thousand, nine hundred and three words. Or, in numerals, 68,903 words. In 48 hours.
or, with glitter:
…words, in forty-eight hours.
You guys, we just wrote collectively a novel in a weekend—and then some! That is totally and completely amazing. Give yourselves a round of applause.
Of course, if you have late additions to that total, by all means let us know, and I will update the totals and the graphic (so if you happen to see this reblogged, and the number in the text doesn’t match the number in the image, that’s why—the graphic should be up-to-date).
I am not planning on running another one of these formally for at least another few weeks, but watch this space. We’ll definitely have at least one in October—if you have date preferences, let me know in the replies.
Also, a huge, huge thank-you to wren and roane, who I totally strong-armed into co-modding. Ahaha, whoops! Thanks guys!

Hell yeah. 3900 words on the Serviceman sequel. ACTUAL PROGRESS. I’ll just about have this next part done, once I get the kinks worked out (hahaha ha haha).
