Lately, Bendingsignpost has been having a lot of trouble with crazy commenters and anon-hate. As Ben is a super-awesome person and a really good writer, he doesn’t deserve any of it.
Instead, I propose everyone go fill Ben’s Ask Box with anon-love. And I mean real love. None of this back-handed compliment shit. No “I hate you for being awesome.” No references to emotional trauma, violence, or any other bad stuff. No creepy stalker I-want-to-kidnap-you nonsense. Just… love.
Say, “I like you.” Say, “Your fic is great.” Say, “*hugs*”. Be nice. Show him that Tumblr isn’t a scary place.
