I’m getting seriously tempted to start a petition-based intervention for John Watson’s buttoned-up collars.  

It’s funny how much more like Ben Cumberbatch he looked in his first version of Sherlock.  And how much younger John looks with those few extra inches of throat showing.  And how easily I can tell when it’s shots from the unaired pilot, based on how much less guarded they both look.  And how blind I previously was to the unspeakable sexiness of the human neck.
