That top pic where her hand is curled around his boot… kinda unfortunate posing since she’s supposed to be, like, 16 and he’s David fuckin’ Bowie. Just kinda emphasising the “not right” quality of the romantic aspect to this (and it was played up more in the book than the film!)…

Man. This makes me want to work on Barrow Wight. I’d be lying like a McLiarson if I said Labyrinth had no influence on that story. Even though fae!Sherlock really kind of writes himself. He…pretty much just is that kind of weird natively. But! I can’t deny Jareth was also muttering away in the back of my head. And also Silverpard’s Falling Down. Maybe even more. Goblin King!Sherlock haunts me, in the best of ways…
