My headcanon seems to be that you are some sort of witch, so: 1) The secret of your youth and beauty is the fact that every night your drink a glass of fangirl tears, shed in despair when they think of all your WIPs. 2) When you write, you read lines and act out scenes for your parrots. Every once and a while you cackle, witch-like, and the parrots mimic your laughter.
