Admin Kin here: This is one of the most helpful references in our library, but I wondered if any of our followers might be able to help identify the color coded muscles? It would be great to be able to know what is what while practicing from these sheets!

Heya! You probably no longer need this cause I’m sure you got flooded with answers but for people who follow me this might be handy:

Note: The fascia isn’t a muscle, its connective tissue that encapsulates/divides/stabilizes the muscles. What it means is it doesn’t do the ‘squish’. ( refs: 1 )

While knowing the names of the muscles is pretty great and as a vet, I spent 4 years learning various types of anatomy from systematic to pathological, in between a lot of other ways to look at it so I can’t see myself not knowing em, I personally think, as both someone trained in functional anatomy and an artist, that more important than knowing *who* they are is way more hardcore to know how they work and what they do.
