i find it [silly] | [weird] | [interesting] (select one), how everyone in the US relies on cars … is it because of the missing infrastructure of public transportation, or is it just the view, that public transportation is something below standards? in europe, in the city where i live, even though you don’t have a metro, you can get everywhere using the PT there is without any major problems, yes the car is still faster and more convenient (and that’s why you have single person per car… mess)

Some places here don’t actually have a public transportation route other than Uber or Lyft. Like when im applying for jobs, i have to take into account where a bus station is or if there’s even one around. Something tells me I’m going to be spending alot of money on Uber and Lyft, especially to get from Van Nuys to Glendale…
