Nope, don’t know of any.
I recall seeing a prompt on the kink meme for something like that, a year or so ago (couldn’t tell you where, no idea whether it got filled). It seemed like such an oddly fascinating idea that I did spend a bit of time trying to work out what a Sherlock with no such capabilities would be like. In the end I gave it up, because I concluded he’d be too completely different to even call him ‘Sherlock’ anymore. His intelligence and way of looking the world seem too intrinsic to his character.
It’d be interesting to hear what other people might come up with, though.
