In other news, I see on your blog that you’re looking for Doctor/Master recs! WELL. ^_^ It has been a while since I went hunting in that particular jungle, but here are some great stories I remember:

Everything by versaphile: http://archiveofourown.org/users/versaphile/pseuds/versaphile/works?fandom_id=27785 — But pay attention to warnings on her stories, as some of her stuff skews quite dark and sometimes non-conny.

Everything by x-los: http://x-losfic.livejournal.com/22958.html#cutid1 — that is her master list, and x-losfic is her writing LJ, which is just vastly worth reading. X-los is my absolute favorite Doctor/Master writer. I just adore her.

Anything by aralias: http://aralias.livejournal.com/tag/doctor%2Fmaster — aralias is another one who just can’t stop being awesome. That link is to her doctor/master tag on her LJ.

Bagheera-san: http://bagheera-san.livejournal.com/52394.html#cutid1 — this is bagheera’s master list, but also browse through the ‘doctor who’ and ‘fic’ tags on their LJ for a few things they’ve posted since. Bagheera writes beautiful, intense fics.

And my favorite comm for Doctor/Master: Best-Enemies on Livejournal. The tags are well organized and easily searchable, and in my recollection there was a remarkably high level of quality, by and large.
